Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, programs, courses, services, and materials provided by Huntsville Theological Institute (HTI). By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, participating in an event, making a donation, or otherwise engaging with HTI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use HTI’s website or services.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Huntsville Theological Institute. They apply to all visitors, students, donors, volunteers, instructors, and any other individuals or entities interacting with HTI. Your continued use of HTI services confirms your acceptance of these terms, including any future modifications.
HTI reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of HTI services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Mission-Aligned Use of Services
Huntsville Theological Institute exists to provide accessible, biblically grounded theological education for the benefit of the Church and the broader Christian community. All use of HTI’s services, platforms, and materials must be consistent with this mission and conducted in a respectful, lawful, and ethical manner.
You agree not to use HTI’s website or services for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inconsistent with Christian conduct and charitable purposes. Activities that interfere with the operation of HTI systems, disrupt learning environments, or compromise the integrity of academic programs are strictly prohibited.
HTI reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to its services for any individual who engages in conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions or undermines the mission and values of the Institute.
Enrollment, Courses, and Academic Expectations
Enrollment in HTI courses or programs is subject to eligibility requirements, availability, and acceptance by the Institute. HTI reserves the right to establish prerequisites, enrollment limits, and academic standards for its programs.
Students are expected to engage in coursework with honesty, diligence, and respect for instructors and fellow students. Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating, falsification of records, or misuse of academic materials, is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from a course or program.
HTI may modify course content, schedules, instructors, delivery methods, or program requirements as necessary to fulfill its educational mission. While reasonable efforts are made to provide continuity, HTI does not guarantee that specific courses or instructors will always be available.
Completion of courses or programs does not guarantee ordination, licensure, employment, or acceptance by any denomination, church, or external institution. HTI makes no representations regarding outcomes beyond the educational instruction provided.
Payments, Donations, and Refunds
Tuition, fees, and donations made to HTI are subject to the payment terms communicated at the time of enrollment or contribution. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Donations to HTI are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Tuition and program fees may be refundable only in accordance with HTI’s published refund policies, if any, which may vary by program or course.
HTI reserves the right to change tuition rates, fees, or payment policies at any time, with changes applying prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to courses or services.
HTI is not responsible for fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

All content provided by HTI, including but not limited to text, lectures, videos, audio recordings, documents, curricula, logos, trademarks, and website content, is the property of Huntsville Theological Institute or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
HTI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use its website, services, or materials. HTI’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to HTI for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of HTI services shall be resolved through good-faith efforts to seek informal resolution.
